The training day explores conflict resolution techniques from a personal, theoretical and practical point of view. This training has been developed out of the extensive experiences of Foundation for Peace staff and participants.

The event is open to anyone who experiences situations of conflict or challenge in their work environment and wants to better understand their own responses, as well as learn some practical tools and theories in order to help them feel more confident and calm when dealing with difficult situations

All of our training is fully participatory, allowing participants to practice what they learn – these were just some of the comments from our last training event at the Peace Centre.
