The Resolution Training Company is a social enterprise set up by the Tim Parry Johnathan Ball Foundation for Peace to deliver training in conflict management in the workplace, in education and in the community.

Training sessions and informal workshops are delivered at your premises or at the Peace Centre, Warrington, which offers extensive purpose built facilities.

Our training can help you and your staff overcome difficulties with external organisations and staff relations internally. We can train your staff to work with others in an assertive, non-confrontational way. We use processes, informed by evidence based practice and conflict resolution theory to encourage people to explore different contexts and widen their understanding of why conflict occurs and how it can be dealt with in a non-violent way.
