Working With Conflict

Thurs 27th February 9am - 4.30pm with Kate Goodrich at the Peace Centre, Warrington. See below for Early Bird bargain!

Whats it all about?

The training day explores conflict resolution techniques from a personal, theoretical and practical point of view. It will provide you with the chance to reflect on your own understanding of what conflict means to you, as well as giving opportunities to learn and practice new tools in order to deal with everyday conflicts with more confidence. This training has been developed out of the extensive experiences of Foundation for Peace staff and participants.

Who is it suitable for?

The event is open to anyone who experiences situations of conflict or challenge in their work environment and wants to better understand their own responses, as well as learn some practical tools and theories in order to help them feel more confident and calm when dealing with difficult situations

All of our training is fully participatory, allowing participants to practice what they learn – these were just some of the comments from our last training event at the Peace Centre.

“It was great not to be bombarded with Powerpoint! We had loads of time to try things out instead’

“That was the best learning experience I have had in ages, it’s really made me see conflicts in a totally different way”

“The day has been full of ‘aha’! moments for me – I just hadn’t realised the impact I can have in a conflict situation”

Early Bird bargain! Book before 1st February for just £120 per person (£150 thereafter)

Cost includes all resources, parking, catering. VAT is not charged!
