The Duchess
first met Colin and Wendy privately soon
after the bombing.
Opened the ‘River of Life’
in Bridge Street where the bombs were detonated
in 1995 and officially
opened the
Peace Centre on the
7th anniversary of the bombing on
March 20th 2000. |
Prime
Minister at the
time of the IRA bombing. Invited Colin and Wendy
to meet him at No 10.
He was a guest at the
opening of the
Peace Centre and also
gave our inaugural Peace Lecture in 2003. |
Lucy
is a News and
Current Affairs Presenter
for Granada TV who has interviewed Colin and Wendy many
times and has
always shown her personal support for the Foundation. |

Steven
is Chief Executive
of the North West Development Agency.
He was a Trustee when
Chief Executive of Warrington Borough Council. |
Gordon
is nationally
recognized as the host
of the Krypton Factor
and now BBC Regional
News Anchorman. A native
of Northern Ireland, Gordon has a natural interest in
the work of the Foundation. |
James
met Colin and
Wendy soon after taking
up his present
appointment and has
taken a keen interest in
the personal and
professional journey of the Parry’s since. |

Nicky
is a well known
TV personality and has interviewed Colin manytimes
since 1993 and spoke
at the Foundation’s House
of Commons Reception
in 2003. |
Dean
came to national prominence through
his acting role in Brookside.
He has been involved in
Foundation fundraising and has given public support for
our educational
programmes. |
Director of Corporate Culture,
a communication company specializing in branding, CSR, campaigning and culture creation. John was a Trustee when Communications Director of United Utilities plc. and developed our campaign name, 'Children for Peace'. |

Nick became a friend of
Colin and Wendy’s when editing the Panorama programme
about the bombing. He is the narrator
on the Foundation’s most recent promotional DVD |
Gary
owns his own
publishing company and
is an established
Warrington Journalist.
Gary formed a friendship
with Colin and Wendy at
the time of the bombing. |
A leading
international
actress, Emma became
aware of the good work of
the Foundation and contacted Colin
to offer her support. |

He is now Chief Executive
of the Roy Castle
Foundation in Liverpool. |
Born in NI Lynne began her career as a journalist with The Belfast Telegraph. She is now MD of Northwest Vision and Media. Lynne spent 2yrs as the Foundation's Business Development Manager. |
