This is the programme area that gives victims, survivors and veterans a positive outlet for their experience.  The programme offers those affected by conflict and acts of terrorism and political violence the opportunity to undertake training and share experiences to become ‘Leaders for Peace’ in their own communities.  Day events and residential training workshops focus on building the skills and motivation required to transform your experience into positive action.  It offers the chance to hear from others who have decided to work in their own communities and beyond, following life changing incidents.  Participants are also given the opportunity to develop leadership skills, enabling them to become positive role models to others.
