This is the programme area that gives victims, survivors and former combatants a positive outlet for their experience. The programme offers survivors of political violence the opportunity to undertake training to facilitate Foundation programmes or work in their own community. Training in facilitation and methodology, presentation skills and public speaking will be provided. Participants will be given the opportunity to develop leadership skills, enabling them to become positive role models to others.
