The Foundation’s constitution currently allows 15 Trustee Directors on the board. At the present time there are 13.

Colin is Chairman
and co-founder of the Foundation.
He has over 30 years’ experience in Human Resources. With Wendy he wrote ‘Tim, An Ordinary Boy’ Published in 1994. Awarded
an OBE in the Queen’s
Birthday Honours
list 2004.
Wendy, Tim’s mother
and co-founder of the Foundation, works full time
in a Fundraising and PR Role. Met the Queen at the Palace
as one of 200
‘Women of Achievement’.
John was Leader of
Warrington Borough Council
at the time of the bombing. John is Chair of a large mental health and learning disability Trust and is a Board
Member of the Big Lottery
Fund. Awarded an OBE in the Millennium Birthday Honours List.

Jonathan trained as an accountant with Price Waterhouse before becoming a small business services manager for Grant Thornton. He also spent three years as the financial controller for Brookside and Hollyoaks . In 2003 he set up Jonathan Ford & Co Limited.

Charles is a Partner in
Davies Ridgway, Solicitors. Joined the Board of
Trustees in 2003 and is its legal advisor.
Nick was a former Director of Communications for
United Utilities (North West).
He was seconded to the
Foundation in 1999 for one
year to help establish the Children for Peace campaign.
Joined the Board in 2003.

Proprietor of The Birchwood Bureau, a privately owned recruitment consultancy established in 1989.  Sat on the Board and helped in the development of Birchwood Forum a highly respected private/public sector partnership during the formative years.   Joined the Tim Parry Johnathan Ball Trust in 1998 as a voluntary fundraiser but has had more involvement since 2000. Appointed Trustee early 2003- 2006 and rejoined the Board in 2008.

Dave is Assistant Director
of Inclusion & Partnerships
for the 5 Boroughs
Partnership NHS Trust.
Dave is Chair of Warrington Disability Partnership.
Awarded an MBE in 2002
for improving services
in the NHS.
Sandra is Chief Executive
of Business Link Cheshire
and Warrington. Before
joining the Board Sandra
had been a committed supporter of the Foundation
and has been highly
successful in attracting inward
investment into the
Warrington area.

Charlotte has been a tutor of International Relations at Liverpool John Moores University for the past 16 years and was previously a Research Officer with Wirral Borough Council. Charlotte has also been an active supporter of Amnesty International.

Carol is an HR professional with a background in public
and private sector organisations. Recent consultancy experience has focussed on leadership development and coaching on both a group and individual basis.

Muhammed is a sales and marketing specialist. He is a member of a multi-cultural team (Greater Manchester) helping to provide facilities/activities for young people. He has a keen interest in working to prevent the new violent groups emerging in the UK

Diana is Chief Executive of Warrington Borough Council: she has previously worked for Bury, Tameside, Knowsley and Halton Councils gaining managerial experience in Social Care, Education, Housing & Health.
